adequate but not amazing
broken wood unattended reception
i noticed some damages on the bedroom sliding doors. broken bits of wood just sat on the sofa, like they were waiting for me to build a birdhouse. i reported it, but eventually i just fixed it myself. also, reception wasn't always attended, so getting extra towels reminded me of a treasure hunt. i mean, who doesn't love a little scavenger hunt after a long day of sightseeing?

super clean and central stay!
clean hotel attentive staff convenient location
I really appreciated how clean the hotel was. Everything felt fresh. the staff was always helpful and attentive, a real plus! lots of attractions are within walking distance. This made exploring super easy. central station is only a few minutes away. I found a grocery store and a coffee shop right around the corner, so convenient!
The kettle looked a bit old. I wasn't too keen on using it.

A supermarket is conveniently located within 400 meters. This made getting groceries super easy! the apartment's well equipped kitchen allowed for preparing meals, this added flexibility to my dining options .

The location is perfect. It is very easy to reach the central station. the hotel is also only a short walk to the train station! many of the main attractions are within a 5 to 30 minute radius.

Really good Stay Near Centraal
modern hotel friendly staff complete kitchen
I found the hotel modern and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their assistance enhanced my experience. The apartment, a one bedroom with a complete kitchen, provided everything i needed. I appreciated the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere.
There was slight damage to the bedroom sliding doors. Broken bits were just left on the sofa.

The location allows easy access to Amsterdam Centraal. Trams are nearby for exploration of the city. The central shopping area is also a short walk away, a true convenience.

Case storage was available after check out, A GREAT convenience. The river view offered an excellent perspective. The hotel benefits from a lot of day light.

The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. An Albert Hein market is close for grocery needs. I found this very useful for preparing my meals.

The staff were polite throughout my stay. They were always available by phone. Their kindness stood out.

nonexistent soundproofing bad view
the apartment was quite clean upon arrival. linens seemed fresh, at least.
Oh dear, the soundproofing was basically nonexistent. i could hear every footstep from the apartment above, and it sounded like an elephant convention. also, the "city view" was more like a view of a brick wall and a dumpster. Not exactly the scenic vista i was hoping for.

unfinished walls room cleaning
The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful to me. I also liked the lovely views over the canal.
The walls looked unfinished and were made of concrete. The room was not cleaned, and they did not change towels or bedding . I paid a premium price, so that was disappointing.
